This Privacy Policy explains how CoChosFun (“CoChosFun,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”) handles information when you use AquaFlow
(package name: com.cochosfun.aquaflow).
1. Information AquaFlow handles
AquaFlow lets you enter and manage hydration-related information, including:
- Water intake entries, amounts, dates, and times.
- Your selected daily hydration goal.
- Reminder preferences, such as interval, start time, end time, sound, and vibration.
- App preferences, including measurement units, theme, and quick-add amounts.
- Locally calculated history, streaks, averages, and progress statistics.
This information is entered by you or calculated from your entries. AquaFlow does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, payment details, or account credentials.
2. How information is stored
AquaFlow is designed as an offline application. Hydration entries and settings are stored locally on your device using Android local storage technologies such as Room Database and DataStore.
CochosFun does not operate a server that receives or stores your hydration records. The app does not use cloud synchronization, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social login, or remote user profiles.
3. Device permissions
Notifications
If you choose to enable hydration reminders, AquaFlow may request permission to send notifications. This permission is optional. If you deny it, you can continue using the rest of the app.
Vibration
AquaFlow may use the device vibration feature for reminder notifications or lightweight haptic feedback, depending on your settings and device support.
AquaFlow does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, files, media, SMS, phone calls, body sensors, Health Connect, or nearby devices.
4. Data collection, transmission, and sharing
AquaFlow does not transmit your hydration entries or app settings to CochosFun. We do not sell, rent, share, or use your hydration records for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Because AquaFlow does not create an account and does not send your data to our servers, we do not maintain a remote copy of your records.
5. Third-party services
AquaFlow does not integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms, social networks, or third-party cloud databases. The app relies on standard Android operating-system components for local storage, notifications, scheduling, and system settings.
Google Play may independently process technical information when you download, install, update, or review the app. That processing is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy, not this policy.
6. Your choices and data deletion
You remain in control of the information stored by AquaFlow. You can:
- Edit or delete individual hydration entries inside the app.
- Disable reminders, sound, or vibration at any time.
- Change or revoke notification permission in Android system settings.
- Use the app’s reset-data option to remove locally stored app data.
- Uninstall AquaFlow to remove its locally stored data from your device.
Once local data is deleted or the app is uninstalled, CochosFun generally cannot recover it because we do not keep a server-side copy.
7. Data retention
Hydration entries and preferences remain on your device until you edit them, delete them, reset the app, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall AquaFlow.
8. Security
We minimize privacy risk by keeping AquaFlow offline and requesting only limited permissions needed for its features. No method of device storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should keep your device protected with appropriate security controls.
9. Children’s privacy
AquaFlow is a general wellness utility and is not specifically directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
10. General wellness and medical disclaimer
AquaFlow is intended to support general hydration habit tracking. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Individual hydration needs vary. Follow guidance from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
11. International users
Since AquaFlow stores its app data locally and does not transmit it to CochosFun, we do not intentionally transfer your hydration records between countries.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if AquaFlow’s features, data practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will show a new effective date on this page. If a future app version introduces data collection or online services, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated before or when those changes take effect.
